With over 10 Years in the Real Estate, Jeff DePriest is the Real Estate Agent to call when buyers and sellers need and want a local. As a graduate from Frank W. Cox High and Old Dominion University, he can give a rundown on the region and the market.


With an inherently cheerful disposition, Jeffery never meets a stranger. Listening is one of his real strengths, so his ability to walk clients through the steps it takes toward the home buying or selling process is clear.


As an Air Force veteran and growing up in a Naval military family, he has developed a personal philosophy when it comes to customer service. "The way I treat clients comes from my childhood as part of a military family that had to move a lot, as many service families are required to do." Because of that experience, Jeffrey developed a highly tuned perception of the stresses associated with PCS moves. Because he has a refined sensitivity to these situations, he can relate to how his clients feel. He has learned how to ask them the right questions about their individual needs. "I love producing smiles".


With an accounting and finance background, Jeffrey is also a real numbers man. He is highly analytical. This comes in very handy when it comes down to negotiations.


Jeffery has a naturally cheerful disposition, but what really makes him beam from ear to ear is knowing he just made one of his clients a friend.
